Data Retention

We maintain Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, except that certain information must be retained for longer periods when required by applicable law, including healthcare, medical record, financial, or other legal or regulatory requirements.

Florida law generally requires medical records for adult patients to be retained for a minimum period following the last patient contact, and records for minor patients to be retained until a specified age or period, whichever is longer; our medical record retention practices follow these requirements regardless of any deletion request applicable to nonclinical Website data.
